What we collect
When you generate a question map, we store the topic and optional context you provide, the generated questions and clusters, and basic usage events (like which filters or views you use) so we can improve the product. Anonymous users are identified only by a random session cookie, not personal information.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't require an account or payment information to use the core tool. We don't knowingly collect sensitive personal information, please avoid entering it into topic fields.
Third parties
Generating a question map sends your topic and context to third-party AI model providers (via OpenRouter) that power Smart Search, and to Google's public autocomplete service to cross-reference real search suggestions. Their own privacy practices apply to that processing.
Shared reports
A generated report is accessible to anyone with its link, similar to a shared document. Don't include sensitive information in a topic you plan to share.
